How does The United Project pilot program work?
We work in conjunction with our strategic partners SuperFriend and Spark Strategy to evaluate your current operations. This includes:
- An assessment of the psychosocial hazards and risks within your workplace.
- Performance against SuperFriend’s Five Domains to a thriving workplace (Connectedness, Safety, Leadership, Capability and Work Design).
- Recommendations to extend your operating model to be wellbeing-informed.
- Prepare a targeted list of implementation priorities that will ultimately lead to formal workplace certification.
We have formed a unique partnership with SuperFriend and Spark Strategy to ensure we are deploying market-leading expertise.
The United Project will lead each pilot organisation through:
1) Initial scoping to ensure clarity from the start and a clear plan
2) The assessment of your current status, opportunities and risks
3) The design of a wellbeing-informed operating model
4) The preparation of program timelines and budgets
5) The implementation of recommendations, and
6) Ongoing measurement to achieve desired outcomes and ultimately, certification.
This pilot program opportunity is now open to a limited number of organisations who register by Friday 16 August 2024, so don't delay - get involved and contact us today.
