Address mental health. Empower your team. Influence change.

  • 56% of your workforce shows signs of depression
  • You have the power to lead the change and foster a healthier environment within your team.
  • We need to talk about mental health. The cost of ignoring it is far too high ($220b cost to Australian economy1)
  • Suicide deaths are forecast to rise by 13.7% over the next 5 years.

We have the power to change that by working together.

Please ask yourself these questions

Does my business model rely on the healthy minds of our leaders and staff?

Do my team know techniques to turn to in times of stress or uncertainty?

Do I feel my leaders, managers & co-workers are equipped to support each other in times of crisis’?

Can I confidently identify who in my team is at risk of mental illness, or is suffering heightened levels of distress and anxiety?

The United Project provides you and your team direction and guidance towards fostering a supporting and open culture in the workplace when it comes to mental health.

The Team United Development Program is an evidence-based solution to unite and strengthen your team while reducing the stigma around mental health in your workplace.
